Referring Physicians

Thank you for your interest in Joint Effort Physical Therapy. At Joint Effort, we strive to establish good relationships with our referring physicians in order to best serve your patients. If you are interested in learning more about our services, please phone our facility at any time. Our goal is to achieve 100 percent referring physician satisfaction. Your patients will be offered a prompt comprehensive PT evaluation and you will receive a transcribed report within 2 days of the evaluation to assure that you are updated on the proposed plan of care.
