Robert Perednia, DPT
Bobby earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Pre-Medical studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst before completing his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Boston University in 2009. Since graduating, he has grown a passion for human movement and working together with people to excel in the activities they enjoy. Bobby has worked in a variety of settings and enjoys treating patients of all conditions including post-operative, athletic, and running injuries.
Bobby has continued his education with certifications in runner’s rehabilitation, functional dry needling, and is a proud graduate of the Gray Institute for Functional Training. Knowing that rehabilitation and training is constantly evolving, each patient is treated with an individualized approach specific to their structure, movement patterns, and goals. Treatment plans are a collaborative effort with a heavy focus on education and understanding why exercises are being done rather than blindly following a protocol.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys trail running and has completed several marathons, ultramarathons, and adventure races, recently completing the Leadville 100 mile trail race!! Although human movement and athletics are a huge part of Bobby’s life, his true passion is being together with family and making memories with his beautiful wife and two amazing children.
